Becoming the father/mother figures, big brothers/sisters, mentors or role models our inner city children/youth not only relate to, but grow to respect. Assuring they succeed in life by communicating & demonstrating various techniques. Successfully overcoming their barriers & flourishing in the earth is the overall objective."
